Chiropractic therapy has proven science and education backing it’s practice and every chiropractor has at least 7 years of university-level education before being certified.
To ensure the effectiveness of chiropractic adjustments, significant resources have been invested to build a robust body of evidence studying the impact of manual therapies on musculoskeletal conditions supported by the Canadian Chiropractic Association as well as other governing country associations like the American College of Physicians and American Pain Society.
Chiropractors are also able to provide lifestyle counselling about nutrition, fitness and ergonomics among others that may be useful in managing or preventing a variety of health conditions.
Benefits
Chiropractic focuses on realigning the spine to improve the functioning of the neuromuscular system. Our chiropractic adjustments can treat conditions such as:
30 MINUTE TO 1 HOUR TREATMENTS (*Time may vary)
Discover: We’ll check your health history of injury or surgery, family health, and medications before performing a physical exam to determine the source of your discomfort
Treat: We then treat your pain using proven chiropractic adjustments and/or massage therapy
Plan: Experience relief again and receive a care plan
Chiropractic treatment is a safe choice to prevent, assess, diagnose and manage the neurological system and musculoskeletal conditions.
“Canadian chiropractors have over 4,200 hours of core competency training in the musculoskeletal system. It is up to each individual patient and their healthcare provider to assess the safety of chiropractic treatments and potential risks associated, and decide if spinal manipulation is right for them.” – Canadian Chiropractic Association
